IMPORTANT ASSISTANCE ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • Stay Informed & Stay Safe! 🌿💙 Queensland Health has a variety of resources to help you stay prepared and protected during disasters. From food and water safety to managing heat stress, asbestos and mosquito risks, find all the essential public health advice in one place. 🔗 Check it out here.
  • 2/4/25 – Premier David Crisafulli announced Exceptional Disaster Assistance Recovery Grants – up to $75,000 will be made available to assist directly impacted primary producers, small businesses and non profit organisations with the costs of clean-up and reinstatement.
  • Raddo’s Mechanical would like to offer a helping hand in getting your equipment up and running. They’ll be donating travel and labour to anyone affected in the following affected areas – Adavale, Quilpie, Yaraka, Wyandra, Eromanga & Thargomindah.   • RFCS/QRIDA FLOOD RECOVERY INFORMATION SESSIONS – JUNDAH, STONEHENGE & LONGREACH: Rural Financial Counsellor Richard Lewis & QRIDA Regional Area Manager Bradley Whittington will be in Jundah, Stonehenge & Longreach on 1st & 2nd May hosting disaster recovery information sessions for flood-hit producers in Western QLD.   • Quilpie 28 April, 3–5 pm and 29 April, 2–5 pm
  • Eromanga 29 April, 9–11 am
  • Toompine 30 April, 9–11 am
  • Eulo 30 April, 2–4 pm
